This young couple was in search of a home that had potential to evolve with them as their needs change. Once we came across this Lynwood ranch surrounded by homes 1.5 times its value and a stone's throw to a soon-to-be-open light rail station, we were sure this was the ideal investment.

Not only was I able to beat out six other offers, but because of my continued communication with the listing agent and lender I was able to get the closing moved up to avoid my clients paying for another month’s rent (that was set to increase by 70 percent, yikes!).
